I haven't had anything to eat today. I plan to eat either a small salad or some soup when I get home. Both will be under 200 calories. Yesterday, I binged and ate this mini veggie pizza I made for my fiancee after I had already eaten my salad:( Luckily, I was able to purge some of it though. That was the first time I did it and something actually came up!

Anyways, I haven't weighed myself since monday. It's making me really anxious, but I'm thinking that I'll be under 118 very soon.

Stay Thin

Yay! Down 2lbs!

It's a start. 2 lbs in 2 days. I'm only eating salad. It's easy and safe. Sucks though cause I have to make dinner for my family. But I'm usually proud of myself when I make something for them and I don't eat any of it. Strange. So, right now I'm at 123. If I keep going on like this, I'll pass 118 in no time! I could be down to 110 by the wedding! I'm sooooooooo excited!

Anyways, I'll be checking in:)

Stay Thin

Weekends are hard

The weekends are usually hard for me because my fiancee and I love to go out and have fun. It makes me anxious to go to restaurants and look at menu's. I did well this weekend though. I anticipated going out in the evening, so I didn't eat anything all day. Then when I went out, I only had salad. I don't feel to bad eating that. It's mostly water and even with a little cheese or something, it's well under 500 calories. I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow and hopefully see some results.

Weekdays are so easy to not eat. I'm working and running errands, so it's really easy to ignore a rumbly tummy.

Hope you all had a thin weekend!

Stay thin
